Terms
These terms describe how NEURA Brain is offered during early access. They apply to businesses and professionals. The order you sign with us confirms the details of your case and prevails where it differs.
The service
NEURA Brain is a private AI endpoint with an OpenAI-compatible API, operated by IANUSTEC S.R.L. (San Fior, TV, Italy, VAT number 05153270268). You buy slots. A slot is one answer at a time: requests above your number of slots wait their turn instead of being refused. Users are unlimited and tokens are not counted.
Early access and price
- Early access is open. Reserving slots is free and does not commit you: you can cancel before your slots go live.
- You pay nothing until your slots are live. Billing starts when they are activated.
- The early access price is a discounted price per slot per month, stated in your order and locked for the first twelve months from activation. It excludes VAT.
- After those twelve months we tell you the regular price at least 60 days before it applies. If you do not accept it, you can leave.
Prices are per slot. There are no tiers, no minimum number of seats and no per-token billing.
Fair use
Tokens are not metered, but the capacity behind your slots is shared with other customers. We may limit use that is abusive or that goes against the purpose of a slot (for example reselling access, or running several concurrent answers through one slot). We tell you first and try to find a solution together.
Your data
What you send stays yours. It is hosted in the European Union, used only to answer you, and never used to train models. The details are in the DPA.
Changes to the service
The model behind the name NEURA Brain can change as better ones arrive. When a model is replaced we say so first and run the same tests we use today.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law.
